Recall a recent post wherein Holly quit her job? She has a 4-month temp gig now. Guess where it is. My office. Guess where she's sitting. In the office right next to mine. I have to hand it to us. We're now on day 3 of sitting in adjacent offices, and we've managed to refrain from behaving like a couple of neanderthals. Although this morning, the phone people came in here and drilled a hole between our offices so we can run a phone line from my office to hers. It's a fairly sizable hole. I've been sitting here all morning eyeing the hole and thinking about how it'd be the perfect size for the business end of a Super Soaker. Noooo ambush water-fight fantasies. Bad Kate. Bad bad Kate.
